The growth contract

Anyone else crying this week as your kids start school? My kindergarteners need me less because they're growing, as they should. It's a normal part of life. And this will continue as they keep growing into who they're meant to be. This is how I know that I'm doing my job. 

Kinder drop off this morning got me thinking about what is lost when we choose to grow up and away from our relationships. There's a risk with our peers, our mentors, and our communities if we grow beyond or grow differently. So, how do you know what relationships to invest in? How do you know that you are an "investable" person? In today's video, we explore how growing "up, out, and away" is what's supposed to happen, and how this should be contracted in every relationship worthy of investment. If you're someone who loves to grow, you'll want to watch to ensure that what you've contracted to do aligns with where you want to go.
